How are SugaRein accessories manufactured?
SugaRein products are all created using the same method of hand-tying reflective strands into an easy to apply extension piece. Each piece is securely attached to metal clips/combs for quick and easy installation! All PIECES ARE HAND-MADE IN THE USA!!!
How are SugaRein pieces attached to the hair?
SugaRein accessories are easily attached to the hair with one or more metal clips, for more detailed instructions please refer to our “How to Attach Pieces” tab in the Info drop down menu.
Are SugaRein accessories legal in the show ring?
SugaRein accessories are suitable for many occasions such as: Rodeo, Parades, Barrel Racing, Eventing, Jumping, Trail/Endurance, 4-H, Rodeo Queens, Drill Teams, Freestyle Reining, Grand Entries, Pony Parties, Etc. The possibilities are endless! Note: Products are not legal in the Dressage and Hunter rings at this time…
How long do SugaRein accessories last?
Keep in mind this is a hand-made item and if taken care of properly will last for many uses, but like any other type of extension it will wear out and eventually need to be replaced.
Can I special order SugaRein accessories in a specific color combination?
If you do not find the color combination that you are looking for in our available color selection, we would be happy to create a special piece to match any outfit or occasion!!! An additional $5 charge will be added per color, all special orders must be placed by phone. Example: Original TailSuga with a 3 color mix would be $30 + $10 + shipping.
Do you offer discount pricing for large quantity orders?
SugaRein is happy to support equestrian clubs and organizations that would like to place large quantity orders for groups containing multiple horses. Please phone in your order to receive special discount pricing.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
SugaRein products are available at wholesale pricing for qualified retail stores and distributors.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item UNUSED, along with invoice and original packaging, within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping). After 14 days we do not accept returns or exchanges.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
At SugaRein, we use USPS priority shipping you will receive your order in 2-3 days of the ship date. Processing time could be up to 5 business days of original order date.
